Shady Haven Four Seasons is Zapata's Premier Seniors Facility. It is also the only facility that is fenced as well as having a Security Gate that is opened each morning and closed each evening. In the event you need to leave after the gate is closed or before it is opened, there is a gate card that will activate the gate for your convenience. The gate card is available at the office during check in should you desire to have one. A security deposit is required and is returned when you check out and return the gate card.

RV reservations for stays of 30 days or longer you are advised
(especially for the winter months of October through March) to place your reservations well in advance as the winter months are our peak season.
We require a one month deposit of $250.00 or more with your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
For reservations you may contact us via e-mail, regular mail, fax or phone. We will need to know the following:
1. Your name
2. Arrival date
3. Length of stay
4. (a) Length of unit
(b) number of slides
(c) one side or both sides
(d) desire 30 or 50 amp service
5. Any other information you may deem necessary.
For reservations of stays of less than 30 days we also advise advanced reservations during our peak seasons, no deposit is required on these shorter stays if space is available.

Your pets are welcome also.
The park is pet friendly, but they must be kept on a leash when ever they are outside of your unit/home or be kept within a fenced area. You will be required to pick up after your pet when ever you take them for a walk, others have to walk in the same areas as you.
